Hi everyone. Its that time of year again and we love it.We have had great success with our toy drive over the years and we couldn’t make it happen without the support of our community. Each year it gets bigger and this year should be no different.
We will start at noon on saturday December 2nd and will tattoo through the night until everyone is taken care of.You just need to bring a toy or non perishables with a value of 20$.The food will be distributed before Christmas also so keep that in mind when donating and lets try to get some good stuff that they can eat for the holidays. We will have a sheet of designs to choose from and would like to stick to that.If you have been to our toy drive then you know that these tattoos are not just cheap tattoos and are instead a nice little souvenir that you get on top of helping out our community. This is not a friday the 13th cheap tattoo special. It is way more than that and I encourage you to show up for the christmas block party a couple weeks after and you will see right where your toys go and how much it is needed. We will also be taking shoe and clothing donations and hope to fill our van once again. We are also helping out our buddy Caden with his Teddy Bear drive. His goal is to collect 250 teddy bears which he will then deliver to patients at the Childrens hospital at Loma Linda.
We will have Beer, coffee and our good friend John Gallup with be there cooking sliders all night with us and donating every penny to the cause so come hungry and we might even have a few other vendors. Our great friends at Saverinos closes at 3 so keep that in mind if you plan on eating there. We will also have raffle prizes from local businesses that you will be able to get in on throughout the day and you do not have to be present to collect your prize. All money from raffles will also go back into the community. Its a great time and everyone is cool so say hi to people and make some new friends.
Our Friend Mike Eubanks at the awesome JAX TOYS on state st. in Redlands is going to have toys marked down especially for this event so you can get more toys for your money so we can get more to the kids so please support his local small business when shopping for this if possible and always support small businesses as much as possible through out the year. This toy store is amazing and is always a good time when you stop by there. They have toys that will take you right back to your childhood and you are guaranteed to leave with smile on your face.
Big thanks to Adam Martin at Martin and Co for once again making the posters for the event. We will have some special gifts from him and Anchored Chocolates for some of the first people in line.
Thanks for supporting the things we do throughout the year with our friends at Blue Collar Athletics. We appreciate every little bit and it has had a positive impact on the youth in our community and we look forward to doing even more into the future.
